If Habs win, by the time the game is done all their Sens jerseys will be conveniently replaced by their Habs jerseys anyway.hope you can enjoy some Sens tears
Sens tears are even tastier than Leafs tears
Well, I mean between newhook, Laine and Roy... i don't know... you;re right. This line doesn't have someone who can disrupt the goalie much.Roy?You're kidding?
They need a Heineman instead of a Roy imho.Well, I mean between newhook, Laine and Roy... i don't know... you;re right. This line doesn't have someone who can disrupt the goalie much.
It’s crazy he was actually effective enough to be a legit 4th liner or extra. All he does now is try to hit guys right after they pass the puck so the hits mean nothing. Seems like a really good guy and these practice scrums are common. Looked like Arbor wasn’t feeling it when Pezzetta put his arm around him after though haha
Given the number of teams contending for the post season every game is a must win game. The coach knows it and the players know it. They aren't pulling phrases like playoff hockey and game 7 out of nowhere. This IS a statement game don't doubt it.Definitely not a must win game or anything, but any wins we can pick up again Ottawa/Columbus/Detroit/Rangers/Isles helps the cause in a big way. The more we can either separate from the back or claw these guys back at all will go in our favour.
Realistically our race is for WC2 and Ottawa has pulled away in WC1. You're not wrong in that, making the playoffs or not, we're probably not doing anything impactful but the game IS big in regards to this team's hope in making the playoffs.
Roy might not be big and tough but he actually has really nice hands in tight around the net. He's good in that area. They need a Heineman instead of a Roy imho.

Who’d you ever mention his hands to?
He's an Ice Capades! The guy is utterly useless unless he looks good at making figures.Roy might not be big and tough but he actually has really nice hands in tight around the net. He's good in that area.
He's a talented player that can't take advantage of those talents as much as he should due to his footspeed. I don't know whether he will be an NHLer long term, it will depend on if he can adapt despite his terrible skating. But to suggest he has no talent at all is silly, he's got great hands and has created a few chances the last few games by hanging around the net front. He's an Ice Capades! He's got talent??? To fill hot dog orders maybe. You do need good hands for that. He's a talented player that can't take advantage of those talents as much as he should due to his footspeed. He has talent, just not NHL talent. I think a team MIGHT take him on waivers, but only a bottom feederHe's got talent??? To fill hot dog orders maybe. You do need good hands for that.
The guy would clear waivers any day.
Correct, enough talent for Battle of the BladesHe has talent, just not NHL talent. I think a team MIGHT take him on waivers, but only a bottom feeder
100%The guy became a millionaire from plagiarizing stuff and not giving credit to sources. He chose to tell all last year, I think he even managed to move to Mexico. He’s created a click bait empire. I’ve caught him several times taking posts from this forum and massaging them into pages for his site, including memes we posted here. There is good money in hockey clickbaiting despite apparent saturation — there are always advertisers willing to sponsor such sites.
Thus why I don't want to trade him.He also took on Chara willingly when he was 22. Big Josh is a tough bastard.
I've gained a lot of respect for him this year. He really put in the work in offseason to improve and has been playing hurt for probably 2-3 months. He's found a role on the PK and shutdown stuff and has chipped in his share of goals.
100%The crowd at the Bell Center is gonna be volcanic tonight. I don't know if we're gonna make the playoffs or not but if we don't the game tonight will be the closest thing to. I'm pumped. This is gonna be epic !!
Go Habs Go !!!!
Kinda nervous about this one
Maybe that's why the hot dogs at the Bell Centre are so goodHe's got talent??? To fill hot dog orders maybe. You do need good hands for that.
