Not miserable. Will always be a Kings fan. Just would rather see them score more goals. The team has talent but can't show it off because of the system. Would like a more open system (not completely open like the east) to use their skill.

What about Chicago? They play good defense but actually have offense. The Kings are just as talented on offense but won't open it up because of the system.

Edit: the league has changed for the last couple of years. The grinding teams are falling off and the more skilled systems are taken over. It just the way the prospects are being developed for.

We have almost identical records and they have Patrick Kane, while we drafted Drew Doughty. Had we drafted Stamkos maybe we might have seen higher scoring but we didn't.
