I’d imagine they were up front about that. If Francis is anything, he’s honest about his intentions to the players. I’m sure they want him at CV for the playoffs and push regardless.

Am I wrong but has Burakovsky looked better for the last 10 or so games? He is still not 100% engaged but I see him more committed to play away from the puck. Also seems to have more confidence in the offensive zone "trying" things.

A fitting win, if just barely. We were the better team most of the night, but with those inexplicable lapses we just make it so hard on ourselves.
