That's the Collective Soul guy? I don't really remember what he looked like when he was young cause I didn't listen to that stuff, but I remember seeing a music video of theirs back in like the late 90's/early 00's cause my then-girlfriend watched a lot of MTV/VH1.

He looks more like someone from a band that was prominent in the 70's than one from the 90's.

Some of the guys from those bands look a lot younger than he does. I'm gonna assume he's not in his 60's or 70's, unless he was already around 40 when they broke through.
