Call me crazy but I think the Sharks have a shot at making this game interesting. Bounce back performance after the horrendous Avs game, finally playing home in front of the fans vs an Islanders team without Barzal and just traded away Nelson.

I doubt it. Players get traded from teams all the time and separated from their friends. He's going to be sad now but by the time his contract comes up he'll likely be over it.

That might be a good signing. Be a bridge player, help Eklund grow into a leadership role and then by that time guys like Musty, and Dickinsin will join the core with Celebrini and Smith.
