GDT: Game 65: Montreal @ Seattle, March 12, 10:30 PM ET | TSN2, RDS, KHN, KING 5, KONG

  • HFBoards is doing server maintenance Thursday March 13th at 9 AM GMT 5 AM EDT. Downtime is to be expected during the process. Server changes were implemented recently to cope with the traffic surge last week. This seems to be affecting the user login, so please anyone experiencing this, log out and clear the browser cache. We expect to have this issue solved once the maintenance is complete.
  • We are currently aware of "log in/security error" issues that are affecting some users. We apologize and ask for your patience as we try to get these issues fixed.

Love or hate Laine, that's what he brings. No way we're in the game without that bomb, and he makes a great pass on the second goal.

Pure talent. He's invisible until he's not.

As long as he plays with someone that can cover his flaws, we'll be fine. Once he has the puck in the O-Zone, he can make something happen.

He's like Kovalev, squared. Über talented, über inconsistent.

Slafkovsky was 100% the right choice at 1st overall. He's gonna be an absolute unstoppable force when he gets his man strength.

Yup, he's a f***ing beast. Wright is skilled, but soft as shit. We need Slafkovsky and we definitely need him to succeed.

He needs to figure out how to bring out second-half Slaf over the whole season, but Suzuki went through that, too. Often got off to solid starts, slumped mid-season then had a decent end.

Glad I kept it on in the background. Finally some more balanced scoring and slaf with a beaut. Still don't like Laine and I'll die on that hill.
Oh, Laine has an Ovechkin level shot but sadly he's not playing that hard game his frame would allow like prime Ovi.

Seeing him lumber around is maddening indeed. If he played a more dynamic style he never would've been traded!
