Today I found an honest to God smoked meat place in Toronto. Dude worked at Schwartz’s for 15 years and opened his own place.

It was the real deal man.

What replacement we have are thin on experience or readiness. Beck looked better than Roy who I feel does'nt have the skating to follow the pace. He gets there, too often a bit late.

I was singling out the one guy on our top line who was struggling and simply said it was a rough period for Slaf which it was. Now he's got his feet moving and he's a completely different player not only off the rush but in and around the net. Hopefully he has enough gas to play that same way in the third because we need to dictate the play or this game will turn on us.

I haven't found a good smoked meat in years, i'm due. I live in northern Quebec so everytime I go to MTL i'm trying a new place, but it's either mid or doesn't hit the itch
