Lindy needs to find some way to get Jack and Bratt going because the Nico line is looking like the perfection line. He has plenty of games to tinker and find the right fit.

Problem is that Jack just doesnt look himself right now. Nico line is playing great, BMW has been better, looks like the Haula line could be a decent 3rd line. If that Jack line starts clicking somehow, we would have a crazy top 12 forward group.

I’m starting to be concerned about the 2nd line. Not worried yet, just concerned.

Jack's either playing through something or is just having a really rough stretch and Timo is still adjusting. If the Nico line wasn't so good I'd think about swapping Timo and Mercer, but there's no way you mess with that line right now.

The line just looks like they are forcing it. They have yet to figure out each others tendencies and what each is the best at and preferred spots on the ice in the O zone. Every player has a few go to moves and places on the ice that they excell at. It’s just a matter of them having time to find what clicks

I would see if Mercer could fit in with them, but the top line is rightfully untouchable right now. They are playing like the best line in the league

Thats more so a compliment to Jack. Its crazy thinking over point per game stretch is considered a cold streak cause he can be that good. I think at his peak he will be in the consideration for best player not named McDavid the same way that Matthews and Mackinnon etc are now.

Many here and in general simply hold him to a higher standard than other players.
