It's an incredibly cheap way to score a goal. Usually they count it, but by all objective logic, it's a stupid goal to count.
It doesn't matter if the puck is officially frozen. You can't start influencing the movement of the goalie by touching him with your stick or any part of your body to get it across the line. That's what happens here.
As I said, they usually let it go. And because it's the Bruins, I hope they do here.
