I don’t blame him for that goal. That close in, all the time in the world to pick your spot. That was a perfect shot. But you need your starter to make those saves and at times steal a game. He does neither.
He literally just had to slide to the side. Instead he hops like a toddler.

The first goal shows he can’t even make standard saves without giving up juicy rebounds.

That sequence was the most bush league, amateurish display of goaltending I've ever seen in the NHL.

f***ing guy slid so far he was 3/4 of the way out of his net, all while flailing around like someone replaced his skate blades with butter knives.

If we had a competent goalie coach we should've considered a change after the 1st. Like I can't expect the coaches on the bench to be exclusively watching the goalie, but after that 1st it was real clear that Stu was struggling again.
