Great post @Mike in Houston - I was thinking about if Dolan would extend that offer but it mighy be JD who has the issue on his firing. I really hope they do allow it. I was looking at this game when Sam announced his retirement and was hoping this would be the night they honor Sam.

Lost last night because they tried to turtle. Coached yelled at them against Capitals and made them turtle and play for the OT point after giving up the lead.

Conservative coaching isn't going to get you to the playoffs this way.

I don’t think it’s turtling by design in sense that what we saw was Sens raising their intensity and the good guys not matching it. Playing responsibly does not mean lowering or not matching the intensity of the opponent.
