Really liked Anderson's physicality. I must be the only member of his fanclub but I don't care about the cap hit. He's a beast.

I'll add that I liked Struble, Heineman, Slaf and Xhekaj all being physical.

Not constantly moving

Toffolli realized that and he isnt fast but always in motion

We're not winning 3-0. That's the worst lead for us period.

So winning 2-0 is a good lead for us.

Good first period for the top line. Suzuki set the tone early with the big goal, and made the pick on the play for Slaf to get open and drill that wrister home. Caufield was buzzing around as well, all 3 with a point, and looking dangerous.

Thought Anderson made a nice pass to Dvorak, who of course couldn’t score. Armia, Heineman and Evans played well, while the rest weren’t great. Roy is awful defensively and gave the puck away in the defensive zone multiple times.

Pezz got almost 4 minutes of ice time in the first which may be his season high so far! Even had a couple hits.

Defense was a little shaky. Carrier is struggling a bit, ditto Matheson. Hutson made some nice passes, and moved things along offensively. Xhekaj and Struble were physical and Savard kind of just was there.

Monty playing well so far, and a little lucky with 3 posts and a puck that was 99.9 percent over the line.
