This is the kind of stupid game that Bruins could actually win to no good purpose. On paper it should be a blowout, but we can't have nice things like top ten draft picks, so they'll probably win 4-3. And they'll still miss the playoffs.

I recall during the 2021-22 RS Carolina swept the three games and
outscored Boston 16-1...lol. Boston drew Carolina in Round 1 and Lindholm
was knocked into next week in G1 and Ullmark faltered in G1\2 so in came Swayman and they won G3.

McAvoy got sick for G4 and they beat Carolina in G4 without McAvoy\Lindholm.
So one game anything is possible and they don't get annihilated tonight.

You know, I think Donnie spends waaaay too much time preoccupied with his D Corps. They will roll back a top 5 of McAvoy, Lindholm, Zadorov, Lohrei and Peeke next season, which is very solid.

Looking up front, they have no 1C, no second line, and a handful of guys who are useful third line players (E. Lindholm at this stage and Marchand at, what... 37?).

Trade Carlo. He's your #1 asset and could net you a 1st Round Pick and probably a team's 2024 1st Round Draft pick too, if you throw in Coyle.

Take that 9M and throw it (and more) at Raantanen.

Beyond Pastrnak, this team is bereft of forward talent.
