The only possible roster moves are recalls at this point. If the team keeps playing like crap you'd have to wonder if Bowman would make some coaching changes?

Coaching changes for playoff teams don't really happening this late in the season. If the team makes a coaching change you'd have to think it would be in the offseason after a playoff failure.

I'm not saying that the coaches are always the issue. Just saying that if Knob is a decent coach that he should have the boys playing really well by the playoffs.
Gotcha. I just don't see this organization panicking with any coaching changes at this juncture. They've got to get the work habits back and discipline to play within their systems structure. PP's gone a bit stale with teams game planning against it. PK is still under water.

A coach getting bashed over poor lineup management is legit and nothing new.

Oilers struggle to finish yet they constantly sit a finisher in the press box. Do you dispute that?
guys will see Janmark on a clear breakaway with all the time in the world fluff it on the backhander wide where the puck doesn't even lift off the ice and be like....yeah we need more of that

I’m not sure if anyone is watching this Avs game but they look absolutely terrifying again, shades of 2022. Toronto’s only sticking around due to goaltending, this game is all Avs.
Anyone that thought that it was a foregone conclusion that we'd get back to the cup finals really slept on what other teams would be doing out there. If we get back there it will be because we won some absolute wars. Dallas, Colorado, Winnipeg and Vegas are all tough, tough teams.

I love this team and want them a win a cup so badly but its so hard when you see how teams like Winnipeg, Dallas, Avs play and ask how do we beat them?

avs played though a ton of adversity as well

Feels like we are locked into second… again. The Avs will dust the Wild and Vegas will have an easy first round matchup.

I don’t think the Wild are that easy of matchup. I think Vegas gets by them but the Wild probably take a piece from them. I still don’t think we’re favourites over Vegas though. But I am surprised they didn’t do more at the deadline.
