It's the same 3 mistakes over and over -

1. They have 3 down low and give up prime chances in the slot
2. They have 3 up high and allow cross seam passes down low
4. They have 1-2 down low but neither is ready to cover the guy in front of the net or off to the side of the net so he has 2-5 opportunities to stuff it in when he inevitably gets the pass or a shot gets through.

And we always give up all 3 every game whenever the opponent gets any zone time on the PP.
