It's too predictable, need to start ripping some shots from the point, switch it up a bit instead of telegraphing that you are going cross ice one timer

The other team knows he isn't going to shoot. He's had some good plays today to keep zone possession during the PP, but he passes up the open shot every single time. The other team knows and moves to cover the passing options. He's got to mix it up a bit (same could be said for the PP as a whole. Everyone knows that the powerplay is looking for only one of two things--the Zibanejad slapper or the Kreider tip).
