What sense does the emergency call up rule make? How does this not count as an emergency?

They put themselves in this position with the cap gymnastics but how is it a competitive advantage to just be able to bring up a league minimum player from the A at any time? There should be zero restrictions on that.

The team is exhausted and befallen with injuries. I’m not expecting much. Only hope is Igor stealing it.

Frustrating to say the least. If Miller didn’t spit on Doughty I wouldn’t be so concerned about running 11 F, but playing a F and a D short is just bananalands
For the 4th straight game no less. NHL is a joke league. Motte got hurt last game so we should have been able to make a callup today. I have never seen anything like this in all my years of watching hockey.

For February, Igor posted a .859 SV%. Last 2 games have been .929. We need some more of that today.

This feels like an automatic loss which means the Rangers will somehow stomp Boston because hockey's different here.

Somewhere in midtown I'll be wearing this shitty fanatics brand Kakko jersey .

Let's hope he doesn't think he's still playing with Cashman .

OMG.....imagine if we had a young Cashman in the corners .....he was some kind of rugged player for them ....and a southpaw ! Cash would just start throwing and everybody would join in.....fun times .

Plans changed, and I do expect to watch this one today. These are the kind of games where we could get an unexpected win. Sure, Boston might be on pace for 136 points (lol), but it's a weird 1 pm for start for everyone, not just for us.

We're so spoiled these days. That jersey is perfectly fine.

Back in the 70s & 80s some of the "replica" jerseys floating around out there looked like they were made in someone's basement...which some probably were. However the ones sold at Hermann's or Modell's etc literally came with iron on numbers & letters. I remember some "blanks" didn't even have the Rangers letters on the front of them. It wasn't til about 1990-91 when CCM put out decent replica's. There were obviously fake when compared to the authentics, but they were leaps & bounds better than what was previously available

Walking around MSG during intermissions back then was always hilarious seeing some of those sad jerseys. Maybe 1 out of 100 came from Cobsy's & were the real deal. As kids, our eyes got so wide seeing them up close, realizing how bad all the "replicas" were.

Yeah, I don't like the look, but definitely 'comfy' level is on point.

I have an authentic Mika and Kreider jersey , and a replica Fox one. I tend to wear the Fox one more due to it being more comfortable but yeah nothing crisp looking like an authentic.

What will happen in this game to further delay us playing at full strength?

It keeps happening, and I'm starting to wonder if we will again.

If Lindgren misses again that's 4 games. Have to wonder if we should've just LTIRed him.

Said this in the Sens GDT. Having Motte as your 12th forward on a team that can't carry any extras, you just can't do it.

He's played 4 games and he's gotten himself hurt twice already.

Is there some kind of process involved in LTIR? Can't just slap Lindgren there whenever? Because it doesn't make sense at this point that we are playing this way game after game. We are putting our season in danger. These games count.

It'll be the last game of Miller's suspension. So there's that.

There are already protocols in place. The Gestapo won't let us use them.
