5-3 Oilers. No PLD equals less offense which means more defending which means Jets running around in their zone without any structure giving up lots of prime scoring opportunities.

I like Nino with Scheifele and Connor. Also like Stenlund over Lowry on line #2. And really happy Samberg back in over Stanley. Surprised at Capo in for Schmidt, but Capo has done well when given the opportunity.

I liked that the Jets brought in some skaters for the Oilers tonight. Schmidt looked behind the play most of the game in Edmonton. One part Stanley but one part Schmidt.

I think fans will be happy that Namestnikov draws in for Kuhlman, and the checking line looks right. Stenlund has the biggest job, but if Ehlers and Wheeler can connect his game is a little easier. I agree about the top line, hoping they click tonight.

We haven’t had a consistent right side D all year. Capo definitely deserves to play more considering some of the eggs that get laid by the Jets.

I’ve liked Capo’s game when he gets in. This is overdue but don’t think Nate is our biggest issue.

Probably not given how Wheeler and Scheifele have reacted previously to getting singled out individually.

The jets have the worst record in the NHL the past month and a half. That's not at all comparable to the Avs and Lightening.

Probably not? With how desperate Thai team is for goals and wins do you think sitting those guys and playing Lowry, stenlund and Barron more would equate to more GF?

TBL can get away with it bc they have a superior record and are less desperate

Can I just say, the NHL needs more home and home games. Especially when they’re back to back. Or even back to back in the same city between teams.
