Its crazy where we are with 20 games left. Injuries ARE the reason, but after the last 2 years I really didn't expect an ending of a season like this anytime soon.

It is quite depressing that we'll have to wait 6 more months for meaningful hockey games again. I guess I can start to follow SPR more I guess. Even though I'm very interested/"excited" in the changes the team has made or will make in the offseason I just expected us to at least be in the thick of things during the last couple weeks of the year.

Years ago it was a bit different because we would go into the year hoping for more. I guess I don't speak for everybody but the last couple years we expected more. And we should have. It just stings that much worse from hoping and not getting to expecting and not getting.

I just hope (again) that whoever we draft or trade for this summer just simply "works out".

I actually was bored this morning and youtubed 'Justin Falk' and watched a ton of his fights and he didn't win a single on I saw... has 12 career fights in the NHL.
