If that were the case I wouldn't mind.

It's the consistency that's the problem -- they favor certain teams and certain players. It could be my inability to fairly evaluate things, partly -- I might see it as worse than it actually is.

But not all of it is my Red Wings homerism. There's something there and it's gross. And I think it has something to do with the Wings' 25 years of success, but I also wonder: How many of the NHL's officials are Canadian? I'm going to guess it's a much higher percentage than that of Canadian players in the NHL.

I think you're over thinking this "Canadian" thing, not really sure what that has to do with anything considering the last 3 times we got screwed we're against American teams (Anaheim, Columbus, Utah)..

This PK is preposterously bad. And there’s really no reason for it. In their heads, low IQ plays. Like that goal was way way too wide open. Our players just aren’t playing smart, and haven’t for awhile, and if you aren’t going to play smart you need to play really physical. Which we also aren’t doing.
