One of the few guys playing with that edge. He's the guy who will (and has) take a brutal hit to get the puck out. He would've fit in incredibly well with the Torts-era teams.

As for Panarin...well...there's some teams that can't handle the pretty cycling. Tampa can, and Panarin doesn't seem to be willing to change his game to counter that.

Lots of bounces on this ice, too, so there's that.
