Imagine watching this shit and thinking the main issue isn't goaltending. For those of you who have inside information, the Oilers staff are simple people, aren't they?
This team can't score for shit either. Or defend, or.... well, anything, really.Imagine watching this shit and thinking the main issue isn't goaltending. For those of you who have inside information, the Oilers staff are simple people, aren't they?
Kosk was worse than either Pic or Skinner. You guys have a short memory
Yeah, our goaltending has been bad but our defence is also extremely leaky and we can't create any offence 5 on 5. A trade for a goaltender isn't going to be enough. This team can't score for shit either. Or defend, or.... well, anything, really.
what's crazy is for the first 8 or so minutes of this hockey game it looked like we were totally back and going to clown these guys lol - then two quick softies from Pickard and the whole thing went KABLOOEY !
There's no contenders this year man.Everyone keeps blaming goaltending. We have more problems than just goaltending. We have an atrocious lineup. Defense and depth. Old. Slow, prodding team. Ekholm is done. Ever since sweden benched him, hes lost all confidence on top of that. Bouchard is one dimensional. The 2-1 loss last year was the end of our cup window. Were done

Some people don't understand how bad goaltending can affect an entire team. Hard to not let it affect your psychology when you know any given shot could go in.what's crazy is for the first 8 or so minutes of this hockey game it looked like we were totally back and going to clown these guys lol - then two quick softies from Pickard and the whole thing went KABLOOEY !
We don't even generate offense anymore. We used to be porous defensively but still be able to fly and create chances. Now was just chip the puck out, do nothing, and bleed chance against.
They keep trying the same plays over and over and they keep getting snuffed out. There's no creativity.Yeah, our goaltending has been bad but our defence is also extremely leaky and we can't create any offence 5 on 5. A trade for a goaltender isn't going to be enough.
Core has been mentally soft for years. Pros understand and keep pushing. This is just giving up.Yup. And some here believe that this is not a thing at all, you should be able to play through softies.
The group has 0% confidence in their goaltending. Could they play better? Absolutely, I'm sure they would with a goalie change
I'll take f***ing Mrazek at this point
I want a goaltending upgrade but I also think the main issues isn't goaltending. Our entire fwd core is washed and useless outside of 2 players.Imagine watching this shit and thinking the main issue isn't goaltending. Where did he succeed after the Oilers?Koskinen was never close to this bad statistically.
And he played for a team that gave up like 50% more chances. Koski likely got a tough go.
This team with Koskinen in net is first in the West.
Sounds familiar. Honestly, he’d fit right in…Had a couple of good hot streaks but his cold ones were horrific

Right now we’re playing so bad almost everything is wrong. PP appears to be decent still but that’s it. Bottom 6 scoring non existent. All secondary top 6 scoring non existent. McDavid just getting going again hopefully I guess.Yeah, our goaltending has been bad but our defence is also extremely leaky and we can't create any offence 5 on 5.
