Too old, too slow, too weak. Borderline playoff team and easy 1st round out.

Team plays with no urgency. Such a complacent team. Lots of the problems have been here since Day 1 of the season.

Don't they remind you a bit of the Ronnie Low teams? Skill on ice, move puck with speed, good forecheck, great goaltending.

They do but to me youth has something to do with speed and good forechecking (not goaltending mind you).

Once you get past Mc-D, Drai and Savoie--the average age of the Oiler forwards is almost 34. I think that in a long season (after a lot of games played last season) that it starts to show. It seems to me that for the last 10 games they have had a tough time keeping up.
