For an allegedly offensive Dman, why does Gustafsson have such a hard time making a pass to a player's friggin stick??

What a terrible signing. If he could come anywhere close to his offensive production in recent years, the signing would have some value.

Everything our pro scouting department touches turns to shit. Copp, Tarasenko, Compher, Holl, Petry, Gustaffson, Husso. We get the worst out of these guys. Kane is probably the one exception but look at the number of other names who are useless. Debrincat too, especially this season has been good. But you can't miss on so many other signings and expect better sustained success. You can only ride one line and a powerplay (or hot goalie) for so long. They need scoring depth.

They were pretty much owning this game before they goal all 5 on 5

They were carrying the play but need to shoot better. It would be easier of course if they had more than five players who can shoot.
