There's a shocking lack of skill. Hunt, Strome, Kreider. Lafreniere and Kakko hasn't come into their own yet. Only Panarin and Mika has that next level skill and playmaking.
Strome has plenty of vision and skill once the puck is in the offensive zone, but he has cement feet so he can't carry pucks through the neutral zone and has to defer to Panarin all the time.

No but I love to exercise and I do take vitamins. But consistently eating healthy is going to take some work. Thank you anyways!

Same. Never paid attention to diet or learned how to cook. Used to basically live in the gym--six days a week plus playing soccer 2 or 3 times a week. Then I hit 35. Ever since then, smelling junk food adds 10 pounds, and sneezing unexpectedly throws the back out for a week+ rehab time.

Cole Caufield had 2 goals in 8 seconds today, and has completely turned his game around. Boy would I love to know what Marty could do with Laf/Kakko...

Oh my God. I have 10 more years. I do hear it gets bad in your 30s.
 
Your going to hate me but.. eat healthy and exercise. That simple. The key is consistency.

Also don’t sleep on Vitamins. I personally had an issue with maintaining energy throughout the day. Turns out I needed to take some Vitamin D supplements. Wasn’t getting enough of it naturally.
I'm from one of the most vitamin D deficient places on earth (Vancouver) and I'm darker skinned, so I was extremely deficient. I started taking 10x per day and it legit felt like I had Espresso flowing through my veins

I would love to know what anybody could do.

Every team gets something out of their top prospects except the Rangers. Even the vile, bottom-feeding teams.

Throw in some Zinc while your at it. It’s a game changer.
I take that daily too lol, as well as Magnesium. I used to have a lot of muscle spasms, like random muscles would start twitching, it didn't hurt but felt weird. I think it was the Magnesium that stopped that. It's ridiculous how outsourced our health has become when there are so many very easy steps we can take individually for very little money.
