If Sacco somehow returns as HC next year the season is over before it even starts, don't even want him back as an AC, need new blood behind the bench, new ideas, only Essensa should be back as the goalie coach. Even though Swayman has sucked this year, Essensa gets a pass.
Swayman sucking this year is all on him, and Sweeney.

Another reason why I'm scared that so many people want Pettersson on this team too. Guy looks so disengaged yet people want to trade for him.
I was interested in him at one point, but I am getting your point and that scares me...... my guess is stay away.

It’s more than a bad first year man. The year before he wasn’t quite good either. It’s becoming more a pattern than an aberration.

But he was very good in the playoffs last season.

And we all know that's all that counts, right?

I have been listening to this excuse all year that he has a wrist injury, and I ask when did this injury happen?

You asking me?

I have no idea.

Have a feeling both will be much better next season.
I have a feeling; one cannot be moved and the other should be before he falls into that category.

I am thinking (and hoping) the same.

Sway is young and hopefully works with goalie Bob.
Goalie Bob, has not been qualified to address what is between his head, awful signing and should be addressed.

Sway for sure. I just think he's a guy who has to play. He started slow but really picked his game up before the 4natioms, now after the Break he's back to subpar performance again. Hope I'm right.!

lindholm imo what your seeing is what your getting, hope I'm wrong!

Well, that's two of us who don't know.

I wonder if this is the best of what you get from Lindholm.

Making pretty good money if it is.

As a Bruin==== 60 games 31 points .51avg per game
Going back=== 135 games 75 pts .55avg per game
Going back=== 215 games 139 pts .64avg per game
Going back=== 297 games 221pts .74avg per game

Looks like a steady decline and not much there telling you he's ready to burst out into a point per game player.

Fair but I want him traded to Vegas so he can spend the rest of the year talking Eichel into coming "home" in 2027. I don't think it's "tampering" if players talk to each other :)

Can you imagine Marchand-Eichel-Pasternak as a line...............................
63 would be about almost 800 years old by 2027

I'm probably one of the last ones to throw in the towel ...but my towel is officially thrown in

The upcoming horrendous March road games will finish this team off

My hope is that the Jacobs's will fire Sweeney before we have to listen to another word out of his mouth, although I really don't expect CJ to do that because he's relied on Neely and Sweeney for so long...he probably thinks they can fix this mess

There are a few players I've had enough of, and never want to see in a spoked B again.
Charlie Coyle and Brandon Carlo need to be traded ASAP...(and I don't even care what the return is), as long as I don't have to watch their emotionless, "don't give a shit" style of play anymore ..because it's sickening to watch, and can spread like a cancer throughout the locker room

Big changes are needed ASAP (starting in the front office)

They should go back to these. I don't like the black socks.

Well I hope you are right because that is a lot of cash to throw out the window with no value in return. This is for like the next 6/7 years and this sure handicaps the team if the contributions do not improve greatly.

If one misses a game, rather than go find the hilites on YT, find Sacco's post game interviews.
If he starts out with:
"Well ....we started strong....."
or
" I saw some effort out there tonite...."
You know we lost.

Ver seldom do they get better as they age, awful signing.

Will be happy about last 2 games in late June when picking

Irritated since I went Tuesday but time for a slight retool

Give Sacco a fresh start, no contract issues Sway, and Mac & Hamps healthy

Add a couple of kids and a FA F and back on top
What about Sacco makes you think he should get a fresh start?

Our problem is parts players, management, and coaching. Each person can pick their percentages.

Regardless, our PP and PK is and has been attrocious all year. Yes, our players are underperforming. However if you show me this lineup and then give me their PP and PK %’s over a long stretch of games this season something smells.

When you add in seemingly endless instances of highs followed by almost immediate lows, blown leads, and late period GA’s I refuse to think that coaching is good and it’s just the players that are bad. Mentally unprepared team to me.

For me I cannot see any scenario where Sacco stays. Same for assistants.

Help me see what I am missing here.

That is extraordinarily good, and unexpected, news.

I’m a Sacco - smart guy, high character, played, local.

He would have looked smart if McAvoy & Lindholm played last games is my take

I have the worst takes so limited knowledge so I wouldn’t go by my opinion

Seemingly the most important thing to the Bruins brass.
