Had the idea to make my own creme de menthe a while ago, and it was ready today so I made a Grasshopper.

1 oz each of creme de menthe, creme de cacao and heavy cream. Shaken, strained, garnished with grated chocolate. It tastes exactly like mint chip ice cream.
