Me too, but I also bring up EVERY season that offensive stats for players during the first 4-6 weeks of a season are usually inflated bc most teams have not settled into defensive structure. Not discrediting the contract, but there are a few factors here. Regardless the whole thing sucks bc laffy looked like he was establishing and then just horribly regressed. Even back prior to the draft Edge nailed it that laffy would battle effort and "keeping his feet moving" and here we are years into his career and the same questions/issues exist. To think many here wanted him named captain or the captaincy reserved for him years ago...
