Laughton is a classic Torts guy.

Torts is VERY good coach, and I've said that for a long time now, but he fosters a type of player I can't stand.

Laughton runs around doing everything and is hyper-noticeable. It catches the eye and he makes some plays, but over large samples, not being able to point to where your position is makes you extremely ineffective.

He can do some things and might be a good player if he didn't play like a Roomba.

He reminds me of Ryan Callahan who was at least effective on offense but is literally one of the worst defensive players ever.
