Instead of fighting against two countries, we'll all drag ourselves back into the Bruins and fight amongst ourselves with the great Joe Sacco at the helm and a Chris Kelly led powerplay.

Strange times. Normally post the all-star break is when as a Bruins fan you really start gearing up for the playoffs and you look forward to the final moves to bolster the team before the deadline before the run in to the 'real' action in the spring. Not this year. Hasn't been this way in a while. Much less interested now in what happens on the ice than in what management do off it.

But I'll still watch as many games as I can, starting with this one. Just hope we start to see more time and opportunities given to the youngsters. Whoever is around that's got something worth checking out, let's see how they go at NHL level.

Taking my Pasta jersey out for tonight, getting my head back to the daily grind of 3-4 games per week: 25 games to go, 10 at home….who will be in Black and Gold after 3/7? Let’s go boys, at least be entertaining, expecting the DNQ, but playing spoilers could be fun.

Bruins are in the mix and hope for the best at least be fun to watch, but my expectations are now low. Mac out, Lindholm is ? and the Bruins barely had a very good winning sequence. Maybe the break will help.

I hope someone ask him why wasn't he involved when Charlie was injured and why wasn't he part of the treatment plan.

Did he want to win so bad he risked his star defenseman health and didn't inquire or care at the moment.

This is a much bigger story and someone should be pounding the table for answers and don't let this shithead off the hook.
