Yeah but stevens , nieds, daneyko , richer destroyed us equally as well

Jersey blocked almost every shot back in the day. Brodeur was one of the few goalies who could still stay in a game while not getting a lot of shots. The guy was almost a perfect goalie from what I remember.

I was defending him too. The guy faced 50 shots on back to back nights last year while needing surgery and still won one of those games in Colorado. I remember hearing Florida didn't want to lose him but were in a pickle with their cap and they had Bob and Knight.

I remember saying, don't be surprised to see him as the future number 1 for the Habs. At least a 1a, 1b guy.
