Being a great locker room guy will get old really damn quick when your poor goaltending continues to cost your team hockey games. That isn’t going to help morale.

Honestly I view any loss where Skinner tanks his save percentage to be a win, in the long run this management needs to be dragged kicking and screaming into upgrading in net, so be it. I'm willing to sacrifice some games to do that because the alternative is very little chance at winning it all with this level of goaltending.
