How long is Arvidson signed for again? Given his injury history, I wasn't a huge fan of the signing initially, but it's turned out to be a big dud, even when he's in the lineup. Wonder if we could package him in a deadline trade?

Yeah, it seemed odd in the moment - he barely lifted it to shoulder level.

If he's injured and it's something that rest and rehab will help, I wonder if he's better off taking time off and coming back strong for the playoffs.

Bruh get real he didnt struggle to lift it, he just didnt give a f*** about it. He said as much, and he wasnt the only one to give it a half hearted lift.

This cup didnt mean jack f*** to them, the trophy is a nothingburger, they dont care about it.

They played hard because they had the maple leaf on their chest and they wanted to win a best on best for Canada. That doesnt mean they give a f*** about the "4 nations cup" it just means they would never let Canada down and they haven't had a chance to represent at this level before or in a long ass time, as the case may be.

Agreed. Post game he even mentioned that it was great but it’s not the Olympics.

Yeah. Scoring the goal and beating USA meant a lot, but the trophy itself meant jack shit to mcd. Only the guys that had won cups before showed any emotion and wanted to lift the cup. Respect tbh.
