Yeah there are some that only come to bitch and I don't get that. Others just need to vent a little and they are still very much fans. If they weren't they wouldn't have feelings about it. And it is New England, for the most part, and I've never lived around a more collectively miserable, moaning lot of folks in my life :laugh: :laugh:.

I don't post too much right after losses, but after sleeping on it then it is okay. Sometimes there are interesting conversation threads that pop up in the wake of losses.

I wouldn't doubt it ,because the NFL always likes a good storyline to their superbowls

..but who cares about taylor swift and the kelsey's??

It'll probably be the second superbowl I don't watch

Brad being 2nd best player on this team at his age is all Sweenious.Can't wait to watch him try & fix this mess he has made.Better buckle up, cause it will take time

You're usually right, but I move him for futures. I have no interest in a multiyear extension at 6 mil or whatever regardless what the cap goes up. I hope I am wrong, but it's over for this team for a couple seasons and they need to get some futures to build another group that can have long term success. It's foolish to hold on to him if you can get a 1 and player IMO. Washington turned it around pretty quickly making moves like that.

No, not the specific details. But some GMs are more chatty and forthright in talking to the media about their general thoughts and direction than others. Whereas Sweeney is much more cautious and usually tries to get away with saying as little of actual substance as possible. Not saying one approach or the other is better - the Vancouver GM for example has probably said too much in recent weeks - even though personally over the years I'd have preferred if Don was a little more candid and direct. But he has his own way and that's his right.

I think you’re really forcing a narrative if you think that watching a player get yelled at by one coach and then benched by another amounts to “two coaches having serious issues with him”. That’s really overstating.

Brad Marchand does stupid ass things. He has during every phase of his career. I’d be shocked if he wasn’t yelled at relatively frequently by every coach he’s ever had. That being said, this is a guy who has been with this franchise for a decade and a half at this point. If he truly was someone with whom multiple coaches had “serious issues with”, he’d have been traded off the team long ago and likely many others.

Proof will be in the pudding .This deadline will play a big part in how long till Bruins are relevant again and eyes will be on him.

How many captains have been benched? The issues were from the two guys this year. I remember they were talking extension in the summer, what's the delay?

Wasting this season from Pasternak is pathetic.

How Coyle and Carlo are still on the team is beyond me. Can't fire Sweeney until after 4 Nations bc when Canada win we'd look foolish.

Columbus is better than us. Just unbelievable.
