Post-Game Talk: GAME 56 - NYR 3 BRUINS 2

Last night I saw a team who played like they wanted to be playing in the playoffs, tonight I saw a team who was so disinterested, and had no drive against a Ranger team who looked as equally as bad and disinterested. Pathetic for two teams battling for a playoff spot.

The B's are good at home and awful away from home. Similar to my life story.

JAWS normally would have been a good movie. Robert Shaw made it a great movie.

Everyone in that movie was incredible . Chief brody one my favorite. Let polly do the printing.

Bruins played a good defensive road game, but did nothing to create any sustained offense.
Opportunities they did have, they missed.
Their powerplay failed them, again.
Overall, too many shots missing the net, allowing the opponent to break out of the zone - when the smart play is to just keep the puck in deep.
And Boston needs a defenseman that can get his shot through - and on net; scoring often enough to make opponents concerned.

These two teams are fighting for the same playoff spot. One wins the game, retains that game in hand and moves 2 points closer to taking it. Yikes.

JAWS is the most repeatedly watched movie of all time. One of the rare occurrences where the movie was better than the book.

Not sure what Sweenious has planned but you have Zacha,Lindholm, Poitras, Coyle at centre and none are top line centres.Changes have to be made to fix this roster

Not sure what Sweenious has planned but you have Zacha,Lindholm, Poitras, Coyle at centre and none are top line centres.Changes have to be made to fix this roster

Probably converting Max Jones and Patrick Brown to play center

Pasternak slow start hurt for sure but that speaks volume in itself considering he’s the offense the only offense.

Lack of scoring and no creative powerplay. No juice other than pasta . He needs help big time. Hes my hart winner this year with all the mediocre players surrounding him.

Why all the hate for Sacco. Sure he may not be Toe Blake but you can’t blame him for the product that’s on the ice. This is Sweeney team and shortly he’ll be on his 4th coach in 4 years.

Pastrnak seems healthy now and he is a scoring machine. Doing it by himself with bot a ton of help.
