In my water tight Chel simulation, the Rangers fell to the Stars 5-3. Zib had a big night with 2 goals and an assist but Igor was a mess, giving up 4 on 21 shots including the back breaker awful rebound to break the 3-3 tie with 37 seconds left in regulation.

Tried to pull the goalie and push for an equalizer but Dallas scored the empty netter and that was that.

Also Kakko and Panarin played a few shifts on d because both Lindgren and Schneider got injured .

People just refer to "Chel" because the game is just called NHL and that creates confusion. Chel is the shorthand to let people know you're referring to the video game.

Dallas is usually an annoying matchup. In my lifetime, it includes a game with 10 goals against, one with 100+ shot attempts against, and some of Staal and Girardi's greatest hits.

The Girardi pirate game was also against Dallas. That was hilarious but it's the same game they had 100 shots in (fun fact).

Which was the 100+ shot attempt game? The one that Lundqvist stole 5-2 or the one that Pavelec either stole or half stole? I think it was 2-1 in OT but can't remember which way.

His offense was super underrated. In 2015 and 2016, he had back-to-back seasons with 9 even strength goals in third pair minutes.

Over his career, he scored even strength goals at a similar per game rate to Ryan McDonagh and Drew Doghty.
