How does Phil Housley still have a job. The day he was hired I said it was a giant f***ing mistake and people had to run their mouths defending it and later so wanted him to take over as head coach. This team structure and defense is absolutely incompetent and they keep his idiot. It's impossible to imagine any legitimate turnaround while this guy is still the defensive coach.

I honestly do not have any idea what Housley is doing behind the scenes but it looks really bad on the ice. I do not know if it is connected to Housley himself being a much more offensive Dman than defensive or not. I do not think he will be back next season.
