Why does Amtrak suck? I have enjoyed it the many times I have used it

3 times my kids took trips to KC with their grandma on amtrak for their 10th birthday and three times it took them hours longer than scheduled

last year my wife and I went to dinner and then to pick up our daughter coming back from Chicago via amtrak, yup, three hours late

so I currently have a 100% dissatisfaction rate
