The boys played well tonight. PP didn’t miss a beat without Granny; Smith is stepping up! And Muk seemed to have a jump in his step, which would be fun to see him find his game at the NHL level!

On the other side of things…at what point do we start to think Warso is in on the tank if he keeps starting Gregoriev?

I honestly thought Smith was going to pinball it off someone near the end there, his passes were insane today. I’m really enjoying seeing what he’s capable of, he’s so good.

Early in the season they kept putting him at the right circle for the one timer it’s crazy how much a difference it makes to flip sides for him

Awful choke by the PP2, this game was sooo winnable, also I never want to see Georgiev again.
The worst thing is that this was one of the easier games for the rest of schedule.
I feel bad for the young guys, they were heroes and they took the game into their own hands... MG has a lot of work on his hands and it starts with getting some real talent around them...
I've not felt this bad for the young kids in a while... F*** this

Overall, that was the best possible outcome. Sharks lost in regulation time, Celebrini scored and assist. BUF also won tonight. I am entertained.

As an aside, Eklund has been absolutely bodying Montreal's defensemen. Kid is sneaky strong.

He’d been more physical this season, but I think it’s jumped an extra gear on a line with Celebrini and Toffoli. He’s taken on that F1 role and skating like a mad man.

Sharks could have easily given up 7 goals in this game. We have got to be the worst team in the league by far at giving up odd man rushes.
