The Sharks PK has been horrible and there is a significant reason why.
There is no consistency or predictability so the PK unit doesn’t know what each other is going to do.

Case in point on that Gallagher goal - the Habs have the puck in the same position twice in quick succession. The first time Ferraro is aggressive and attacks the player forcing him to play to the point. The next time Ferraro starts to skate aggressively but then stops and stands there. The forwards think Ferraro is going aggressive again - that opens up the lane.

If they know he is going to hold, they would be likely collapse and not allow those seams and two players net front.
