I just watched the game for the 2nd time.
It was an entertaining game, fun to watch.
We deserved to win. I believe at one point we outshot them 29 to 12.
Raymond, Compher, Tarasenko, Berggren and Larkin kasper 2 on none failed to score. This is 5 A chances. At least 2 should have gone in.
Sure, Kucharov had the best one, a wide open net, he sent it wide.
However we had 5 chances which we had to score on at least 2.
So no, goaltending didn't lose us the game, despite that 2-3 goals were softish.
