Regardless of shot quality of those goals he let in, the Rangers let the Islanders have 100 ft. of open ice to skate through the NZ almost the entire 1st period, backing up to the f***ing faceoff dots without resistance like they were facing Guy LaFleur.

Those 1st period goals were VERY much a team effort of being terrified of contact in the neutral zone followed by Igor being blind.
