Come on man, I am not saying its a scheduled loss for Minnesota, but outside of Fluery standing on his head, Boston wins by a couple.

If Boston loses tonight, it will be hair on fire time going into NY.
Please retire the "come on man" I have had enough, other than that, I like your post. :sarcasm:

I agree the Bruins should win tonight, standings aside, their a better team today. although the Wild gets Brodin and Johansson back.

I watched them against the Sens and they looked worse than the Rags did against the bruins. Senators had over 50 shots against this team. Saying all that Minny wins 5-0, Bruins held to 15 shots or less.

Based on what, our one game winning streak?

There's no reason why Boston shouldn't be in this game. Minnesota is down an MVP level forward and they were already kinda struggling prior.

It certainly feels like we're getting into every game matters territory with Ottawa and Detroit turning it on.

Wild have won 3 of 4 coming in, all without Kaprisov.

Not so fast. Minnesota has been the Bruins' kryptonite for years. The Bruins are not a shoo in to beat the Wild, if they do win it will be a close & hard fought game.

At first I thought Guy Lafleur had become the new Wild coach.

If the Bruins can put up six goals in a game, I don't care if Pasta gets all of them.

Lauko a pretty good 3rd round pick (77th overall) by Bruins in 2018.
Well, If Guy LaFleur were their coach in 2025, we'd finally see someone behind the bench matching Joe Sacco's energy level.

It is always nice to see the Flower come to town. A true legend of the sport. The Wild are a decent team but they miss Kaprizov and their recent form is only so-so. If the Bruins put in a good showing, and their home form mostly suggests they will, then there is a win here for the taking. Hoping Poitras has another strong game, and as much as I love Pasta dominating, it would be nice to see one or two more who aren't him or his linemates step up and make big contributions.

And welcome back to Boston Jakub Lauko! Tough kid, always liked his compete and his willingness to be his own quirky self.
The Habs did right by the Flower the other night ..... after he shut them out that is!

Fun facts.
He was the only jersey retired by Cape Breton Eagles of QMJHL until they retired a local players now a coach with them, Chris Culligan. He has flown his billets from that time to some of his milestones showing his class .

I've entered the mixed feelings phase. Always kind of want them to win and making the playoffs is always fun but I think it would also be better for them to lose badly before this stupid 4 Nations break so that the stubborn boys up top have no choice but to realize it's rebuild/retool time and sell not buy.
