Agreed. We've seen him turn his effort down in the past. When the kids on he's on, but when he's just coasting he's more likely to get hurt than he is help the team... They (coaches, players, anyone) need to know how to kick him in the ass and get that internal fire roaring.

I think he tied the game in game 7 in the last minute to send the game to OT in 2011 against Montreal but I'd have to look it up, it's been a while.

Zacha may not be a #1, but he is so incredibly underpaid for what he is, I couldn't imagine trading him, unless you got an unbelievable return.
