Stay Strong, Sens

The lead was ours, the night was bright,
The Sens were rolling, full of fight.
But Tampa struck, the tide had turned,
A lucky bounce, a lesson learned.

A screen in front, Ulmark strained,
Bar glove side, the puck had drained.
Glendening’s first since December’s chill,
Sens fans quiet, hearts stood still.

But hope’s not lost, don’t hang your head,
The Sens will fight, they’re far from dead.
The playoffs call, we’re on our way,
So shake it off—we’ll win today!
i’d run through a wall for you

Nice block from Ostapchuk.

Meh with pinto out shorthanded whole game Missing now top6 and top center. We just should play for OT focus on defense and hope Timmy create one

In Ottawa, where the Rideau flows,
The Senators donned their battle clothes.
With sticks and skates and hearts of fire,
They faced the Lightning's fierce desire.

The Bolts from Tampa, swift and bright,
Brought their thunder, their electric might.
But on this night, beneath the sky,
The Senators were set to fly.

The puck was dropped, the game began
A dance of skill, a warrior's plan.
The Senators, with grit and grace,
Found their rhythm, found their place.

Brady Tkachuk, with strength and speed,
Charged the net with lightning heed.
A shot, a goal, the crowd's elation,
A sign of Ottawa's determination.

The Lightning fought, with Vasilevskiy's save,
But Ottawa's resolve, they could not stave.
In overtime, with tension high,
Tim Stützle's shot soared through the sky.

The horn did sound, the crowd did cheer,
For Ottawa, the victory clear.
In Tampa's den, the Senators stood,
A testament to their brotherhood.

So here's to Ottawa, brave and bright,
Who conquered Tampa in the night.
A game to remember, a tale to tell,
Of how the Senators rang the victory bell.

This is what we will probably call an unfortunate scheduled loss. If we can pull this off its a miracle. We have to fight and use speed on their D to create turnovers if we want a chance.
