Powerplays are 2-0 Detroit, so even though that's an obvious penalty that should be called 100% of the time, the ref knows the PPs are currently 2-0 Wings, so they just let that go

So unbelievably bad....like what are we doing here NHL ..no wonder everyone complains about officiating. That just changed the entire flow of the game..
