Smith has been a rare bright spot on this team lately. I feel the need to especially highlight this after all the crap I gave him for the first half of the season.

I did get a kick out of the announcers trying to make an excuse for the Sharks by saying "they're a young team" after we've watched the comedy of errors that is Vlasic, White, and Duehr chasing the cycle for two and a half minutes.

I did get a kick out of the announcers trying to make an excuse for the Sharks by saying "they're a young team" after we've watched the comedy of errors that is Vlasic, White, and Duehr chasing the cycle for two and a half minutes.

At this point in both vlasic and Ferraro careers i would rather them sit for the remainder of the year and force feed muk and Cagnoni the ice time.

If they are going to have a career it needs to happen now.

Yes. They were in attendance at the most recent home game also.

I'm shocked at how well this is holding up. Yes some of it is probably nostalgia, and yes, the graphics range between basic and definitely-show-their-age but it's still surprisingly fun to run around the world, explore places I never went back when I originally played, and indulge in a bunch of random nonsense instead of chasing the usual high-end meta-game of "rocket through the early levels, make it to the point where you can grind for prestigious gear, and then just do that forever."

and from what I understand, the free-to-play model is fairly robust and aside from extremely limiting your number of character slots you can apparently play through at least the first 60-70 levels without much issue and with help and the right decisions you can even hold your own up until the last 10-15% of the game's content.
