Do you watch hockey regularly? This IS how the game is played...right or wrong...big hits have a response from the opposing team. This wasn't a 4th liner that got hit...it was the Captain. Every team would have done the exact thing if any Captain was hit like that.

It's played wrong. There are less and less hits partly because hard clean hits must get punished by fighting aka defending your teammate.
