What is it with all these balloons and UFOs popping up in North American skies?
This was a popular image last week:
Upon closer inspection, we spotted this:
Habs ownership, upon being apprised of the Black Hawk spy balloon, ordered it shot down.
The note? Nothing but a troll job!
But Gary Bettman assured everyone there was no tanking in the NHL. For shame!
When Habs' ownership confronted Gary about it, they got this official response ...
The last time the Habs faced the Hawks, it was in Chicago where there was a homecoming of sorts for Kirby Dach but he no longer was the same guy Hawk fans used to know.
That's right. Dach has become unrecognizable, except to Hab fans.
Habs coming off 2 wins on Super Bowl weekend all thanks to the team's relentless battling, despite being decimated by injuries. Adding to their woes, it looks like Arber will be missing time due to an injury suffered in the Oilers game, in a fight.
And now that the NHL's unabashed supreme tankers are in town, Habs should be able to roll all over them for an easy win.
