Well I don't know what to think of this move today. I'm still too shocked.

Having said that, the Rangers are right where all our detractors and enemies like us to be :

The Laughing stock of the NHL.

My prediction is that tonight the Rangers will do exactly what the NHL is telling them to do.

Take what the Caps give you.... and like it Mitches.

I have a feeling that even if the Rangers were going to come out with a strong game, having the entire management team fired hours before and the coach knowing he's gone probably defuses that.

I agree with Avery, been saying it since it happened...getting retribution on Wilson wont work, you gotta make it uncomfortable for his teammates to have him on their team. In addition to that, there's no rational reason we don't have atleast one tough guy in our taxi squad.

Nice work @EdJovanovski . I may not always agree with you. but Art is Art.

Piere talking from MSG

He has a point. I respect calling out the league, but I would definitely have changed a few words in the statement

ps. Thanks for the GDT @Leonardo87

Rangers won’t do anything. I will be shocked if someone did. No heart..

Nathan MacKinnon is not a fighter, but hey he stuck up for his teammates.

If Lafy, Miller or Kakko tries to take out Oshie or one of their skilled players, so be it more respect to them. Eye for eye

I hope Laf and Kakko come out fighting for their spot on this team next year
Lafreniere being a home town kid, I had the opportunity to see him play quite frequently from age 10. One thing that he has always done is breaking through on his 2nd year…..the kid has never suffered from the sophomore jinx, quite the opposite. Look at his numbers since his bantam years ; it’s a constant = adapts to a new level on year 1 and dominates the following season. This was most apparent at the world junior’s on his 2 occasions playing with his peers.

I think Laffy kinda has the same kind of attitude as MacKinnon. Laf has shown he will engage. Kakko, not so much. He's a robot.

That said, neither should go after Wilson and get themselves hurt.

Well boys and girls, no matter what happens tonight, uh..something will have happened.

That's about all I can muster.
